Lack of tourney experience seemed to show for them again today. I don't see them having much of a chance vs. Ohio St.

Great try Princeton. You just don't have the size.
Richmond close to Vandy.
N Colorado is tight with San Diego.
Temple at the buzzer.
My upset pick of the day has yet to be played. I'm looking for Belmont over Wisconsin.

The quality of play in the San Diego State-Northern Colorado game has been distinctly mediocre. If I didn't know it was the NCAA Tournament, I would think this was two teams playing an [Insert random inconsequential conference here] game in February. The Aztecs have shown me nothing today that scares me.

Had this one on my bracket. Good game. Richmond had to battle back after trailing pretty much throughout the first half.

I don't understand why teams so often panic like that and force up a shot way earlier than they need to. Vandy had at least another second to try and get a better look.

Our substitute General District judge yesterday was a Richmond grad, and spent half an hour with RPI and schedule sheets, trying to explain to the bailiff (whose daughter went to VT) why VCU and George Mason were in, and VT was out.

I wonder if he declared a general amnesty today after Richmond won. He was upset because the docket interfered with the game.

Congratulations to the Spiders. :9f:

Also to Morehead State. Way to show off, mighty Big East! Gone in (less than) 15 seconds.... :9f:

I keep looking at the Big East this way 8-}

Seriously, the thing is that, at very best, ten of them will go down. :D

A four seed (Louisville) and a five seed (Vanderbilt) have already lost and three seed (BYU) is currently in a tight game with Wofford as is four seed (Wisconsin) with Belmont. Yep, it's March Madness.

Has anyone else noticed that Lesley Visser looks like she just crawled out of bed? Her hair looks like a rat's nest, and her makeup is atrocious, although she didn't over-pencil in her eyebrows for a change--that part was nice.

Someone give that woman a hair brush.

Those Sharpie-yellow shoes for some of the UCLA guys are flat-out hideous. :9f:

Waking up in Charlotte NC..... morning coffee! Going to the Games! I am sure there will be some signs in reference to the FAB 5 Michigan with their game at the Charlotte arena, before the Duke game!

BYU kids are great! Wholesome young men that play good sound basketball. And of course one of my favorite, the Butler Bulldogs.. I still love their team and Coach Stevens.. just a class act! I did feel for the teams and players and coaches that have to pack it up and go home! No one wants to lose and go home, not after the first game! The Princeton coach balling was heartfelt. Although, I am not a Mich State fan in anyway, I felt for Kalin Lucas, since the kid couldnt even utter a word, and fighting back the tears, in his postgame interview.

But the words from old sleeze Rick Pitino .... saying He may have coached too long. WELL!!! Perhaps, he was too busy chasing women and having random sex in restaurants. I am him disgusting. Not Lousiville, just the coach.

So good to watch ESPN and see Kyrie warming up and in the rotation! Our Duke team had a fabulous ACC tourney and finished all the games strong! Especially the game with the Tarholes! and having Kyrie in the rotation, off the bench, even for limited minutes each half, will make everyone BETTER!!! I pray for a great game, good sportsmanship and no injuries!!

Lets Go Duke!!
