As an alternative to beef, it's a good choice. Usul: Have you tried the bison meat loaf at Ted's?

Ted's, for the most part, is grass-fed bison, but then they're "finished off" on grain. Not good. Ted Turner explains this about 2/3's down this link:

Of course, grass-fed bison is much better for you than the grain-fed stuff.

When I'm looking at CB&B's pics of Armygate, I keep wondering, who is that fat woman wearing my clothes? Even my neck and chin are fat. :((
