As it turns out, being up half the night one night is a great recipe for sleeping like a rock the next night. At least, it works that way for me.

So far, this year has been pretty good, except for:
1) Gray hair.
2) Hair thinning.
3) A one-time episode of bleeding (probably the doxycycline). And both brothers have had polyps.

I can't do anything about the top 2. I CAN do something about #3. 9/11 was the first time slot open. Will do it then.
