Good Morning. Back from wild, wonderful West Virginia. My travels took me from the panhandle (Martinsburg area) to Charleston & then back to the Virginia homestead. Didn't see any hillbillies CB&B. Really didn't see much of anything other than forests, trees and a shitload of curvy ass interstate. Truckers must hate that state. R&R today. Going to chase the little white ball.

Good morning from Durham!

I'm taking my Christian to an admissions seminar at Duke today. I think the true purpose of the seminar is to dash permanently the hopes of alumni/ae that our children could EVER gain admission to Duke. I so excited to be back on campus!

Good morning. Chillin's are still asleep. They worked hard yesterday packing the truck up in Foscoe. They got here about 10:30 last night. It sits in my driveway. They'll work harder today unloading it, some of it here, but most of it at the storage unit they've rented. The "help" they've enlisted on this end show up around noon. Lots of work to do here before then too. Ruthie should wake up very soon and their sleep will end! ~O)

Good Morning!

The best on unpacking Ozzie, and then unloading at the storage unit!!! Moving is always tough and stressful.

Good Morning. Heading out this morning to have Mrs. DF's eyes checked, then some food shopping and ending the day with shampooing the dining room carpet with our new Bissell. Hope it works as well as the Amazon comments say it does. With the US Open in CA, will definitely catch some of that as well.

Good morning.

Big day here. Gym, grocery store, friend's wedding, cousin's birthday party.

Makes me tired to say all that.

Good morning from Durham!

My plans today include going shopping for tools and snacks for our mission trip to WV, which begins tomorrow. I'm also going to take Christian by an area campus which shall not be named--maybe for a tour, but definitely for a look-see. Pray for me that I will not utter any snarky remarks or roll my eyes.

They should pay the travelers to have to drive that shitload of curvy turnpike!
Good morning. Grass harvest day.

Not just the turnpike Capt. I-68 and I-79 are just as bad or maybe worse. At least they are free to travel though.

Good morfertoon (... well, you know what I mean).
The Wash U one we went to earlier this month left me very encouraged about our daughter and her chances of admission wherever she decides to apply. Legacy Lady is taking her time, and is developing a list of schools she may be interested in. The seminar disspelled a lot of uncertainty and questions that had been developing.

Was the Duke seminar useful?
