Happy Memorial Day to everyone! Thank you to all the past and present Military service people and their families who serve the United States of America for our freedom. Freedom isn't free! Many have sacrificed their time away from loved ones and their lives for defending our nation.

JPR are here for a week, both to rest up after school was over and to get the house ready for them to move in, later in June. Yes, boys and girls, they're moving it! We'll be empty nesters no more.
Ozziedaughter will hopefully be working in the Johnston County school system and S.I.L. will be going back to school to get an engineering degree, and we'll be full time grandparents as Ruthie goes to the same church preschool next fall that Mrs. Ozzie and Ozziedaughter went to as little girls! Of course, there will be a brand new building ready for her to occupy in September!

What a treat! When I moved back to North Carolina, I lived with my mom for a year. It was a special, albeit stressful, time. My boys were so blessed to get to spend daily time with their grandmother.

It sounds like y'all are going to have fun next year.

And how cool is that? Three generations at the same preschool? We need a picture of that!
