Lunch: Chick-Fil-A sandwich, bottled water and about 10 animal crackers.

Lunch/Dinner - some glasses of green tea! I forgot my banana!!!!

Lunch grilled southwestern chicken salad from the cafeteria - not bad....not bad...and a sounds like dumbo iced tea

breakfast, yogurt,lunch bojangles. yum!

Breakfast: coffee, bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch: tuna sandwich, Lucky Charms, Cherry Coke Zero
Dinner: whatever they give me at church tonight

Breakfast: mixed cereal topped with fresh blueberries and skim milk. Large mug of dark roast coffee
Lunch: Cheese omelet (Ashe County sharp cheddar)with a small rasher of pepper bacon, wheat toast with gooseberry jelly, skim milk
Supper: TBD

Dinner/Supper: - I just fixed up a great salad with bacon bit, sunflower seeds, almond additions with GARLIC (have I ever said how much I like Garlic?), and ranch dressing with some SWEET ICED TEA!!!!! YUMMMM! I'm thinking of pulling out a ..... :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: Potato, you crazies!!!!! That was a great appetizer!!!!

dinner: shrimp (with mushrooms and bacon) and cheddar grits with steamed broccoli (no brusselsprouts).

I love my wife.

Breakfast: leftover cinnapie from Papa John's (yum!) with coffee
Lunch: leftover ham and sausage pizza from Papa John's
Snack: Edy's Slow Churned S'mores ice cream with chocolate Magic Shell
Supper: tuna salad with half a tomato

Dinner: KFC. Waited 30 minutes, they didn't have the food I ordered. Then they forgot to give me a spoon, so we had to drive around and I went inside, waited another 10 minutes (while calling loudly for one of the to come help me) for one of them to get me a spoon. It's all about Bojangles.

We have the same problem with the KFC in Selma - they run out of whatever it is I want. Almost always, and have for years. I do like their potato wedges. But good thing that Bojangles is across the street!

I can empathize. I lived for six years without a Bojangles in my hood. The closest one was in Arkansas. Whenever I'd come home for vacations, Bojangles was the first place I'd eat. :-D

Popeye's isn't a bad substitute and it's far better than KFC.

breakfast: fruit cup, yogurt, cereal bar and OJ.
