Question. Could the decommits be linked to all the problems former unc players have when they try to transfer out? How many players couldn’t get accepted to their school of choice due to academics? Caleb Love and Michigan, but weren’t there others?

It is currently rumored that Demarco Dunn (or something like that) is having problems with his transfer out of the portalet to Georgetown due to academic credit issues. Not sure there were any others with the same problem in prior years because the cheats have developed quite the reputation of turning one and dones into 2-4 year players, whether they received illegitimate degrees or not. They have had a moderate number of exits via the portal or transfers pre-portal in the last 5-10 years. Heart-breaking stuff, I tell ya.

For the 10th ranked Cheats lose at home to the worst team in the league while we lose a game to the 4th ranked team in the country on the road in a football equivalent of Cameron while is a huge solace.

I'll take solace from a Carolina loss when Elko hands one to them on the 11th.

I would rather be celebrating a Duke win, but small victories are, nonetheless, victories. And at least we didn't lose to a visiting team celebrating their first (and possibly only) FBS win of the season.
