Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: baked potato and asparagus with sweet tea
Dinner: Salsarita's!!! I had a beef burrito, chips with queso and sweet tea. This was the preview party night for friends and family, and I highly recommend this new restaurant to everyone who comes to G-Vegas!

My supper wasn't fancy, but I was so glad to be able to eat real food! (Chew slowly on one side)
Grilled steak burger with grilled onion, baby lima beans, sliced homegrown tomato seasoned with McCormick Italian herbs, fresh ground pepper and a little Helmann's Lite, cheese and broccoli rice, buttermilk biscuit, skim milk, chocolate ice cream

Chaser before bedtime: painkiller + Colace

Previously posted breakfast
Lunch I had mac -n- chz and cole slaw.
Dinner: I had a kick butt Marvin original. Meat eaters turn away, you may not find it appetizing! lol
Took zuchini, eggplant, onions, green pepper, muchrooms, tofu, and tomatoes, diced 'em up, cooked 'em up and put them in a nice tomatoe sauce. Accompanied by bread coated in butter and parm cheese. Damn fine dinner I must say! :-bd

Nope...dinner was a ribeye, gnocchi with grape tomatoes and fresh basil, spinach salad, and a terrific Cabernet. Beforehand, there was a nice baked brie with fresh bread and apples.
But anyway.
