I woke up at about 3:30 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep. I gave up at about 5:00 a.m. and got up.

Julie gets up at 5:30 usually, and wakes me up with string of bad words because she can't get back to sleep and decides I should join her in that misery. I roll over and promptly start snoozing again.
We are going to Tryon Palace gardens and then on a tour of local homes and gardens here in New Bern today .
