There's another couple we dance with regularly and the guy keeps trying to get us to take a Zumba class with him. After this report, NO WAY!

Oh, BTW, breakfast: pineapple OJ, leftover blackberries, red and white (or golden as I'm now told) raspberries and a handful of Multi-Bran Chex pieces and crumbs. No milk. Didn't want to spoil the taste of the berries. Or the cereal. :D

The class really was fun - but since my motto is that anything worth doing is worth overdoing - I probably pushed it a little too hard.
I was a dancer back in the day - I forget that it has been a lot of years since I did that stuff!

Right on wilson, doing his part for the economy. Why send money to Kellog's when you can send money to General Mills too! I am down for the double bowl of cereal. :-bd

Lunch was an excellent sandwich of roast beef, turkey, swiss cheese and russian dressing on cuban bread - pressed of course - with several iced teas to go along with it. Yum.

And a girl is cooking me dinner. Plus, I've read 516 pages and written 500 words already today. I'm kind of in the zone.

Why, yes I did! (This year I've had a series of "procedures" requiring the use of prescription painkillers afterward. The package next to the Vicodin is our old friend Colace.)
