Of course, there's no problem with the A list drivers. A simple Hendrick A selection (JJ, Gordon, Martin) each week gives you 27 races slotted, sans trouble.

The B list is where Ymo faces problems, including no Smoke and no JPMontoya. That's a deadly problem to have when you consider how hot they are. I'm done with Kurt Busch, and soon to be finished with Kasey Kahne and JPM. I'm thinking of going with Ca-sey Mears.

Sure beats going with David Stremme or Jamie Mac.

After the 1st 10 weeks or so of racing this season, I sense that BONES would have used up his allotment of Mark Martin picks.

First class in the NASCAR Hall of Fame: France Sr., Junior Johnson, Petty, Dale.

Can't really complain about that as a first class. Would like to see Cale Y. in there sometime soon.

They're debating the NASCAR HoF on the radio right now, and who they think are shoo ins of the current drivers. They were saying they thought Jeff Gordon and Jimmy Johnson, but they weren't sure that Tony Stewart would get in, as there'd been a lot of turmoil around him. They were also arguing over the Busch brothers. What do you guys think?

They didn't mention Mark Martin. How about him?

Well, at least one of the Allisons (Bobby) should get in before JG, JJ, & Smoke. More importantly, there should be a 4/5 yr waiting period after the person retires from racing, similar to what they have in other sports.

Hopefully they're also arguing for folks like Jaws, Awesome Bill (whoops ... he's still racing), and Buddy Baker.

Like I said, they were arguing about who they thought would get in of the current drivers, kind of like NFL analysts like to argue about who would get in if they retired today (guys like Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady always top that list).

Race for the Cure at Lowe's on Saturday Night. Blech, Bobby Labonte, and Elliot Sadler are driving pink cars

I didn't pick any of the drivers, but if I knew in advance, I would have selected one (probably Labonte).

Will ANYONE catch JJ?
Top 5 qualifiers:

JJ's pit crew usually does one or two bad/mediocre adjustments per race. And weather conditions may be weird as well. But it's clear that JJ has the fastest car in this one.

Agreed, but they usually correct it and go a better direction by the end of the race.

MM stunk it up for me, but fortunately Kes finished 12th, some 5 spots ahead of him. I believe Tilly wins this week, but I extended my lead a little.

I can no longer choose Kurt Busch and Kasey Kahne. Casey Mears finished 7th!

Whomever has JJ starts left could run away with it. Well, maybe not. A clunker in the D spot certainly hurts.

How do you spell clunker?
H-O-R-N-I-S-H

That performance last night was AWFUL.

Only surpassed by the performance of Denny Hamlin. The trouble is, that's two weeks in a row for Hamlin.
