Very excited that I got VMWare server installed on my PC at home and successfully set up an Ubuntu Linux guest OS. Woo!

Quiet night. I'm watching episodes from season 2 of LOST and keeping up with BD's thread over yonder. Hoping for a relaxing weekend.

I wish I had been able to keep up with that over the summer! Maybe I'll find some time to go catch myself up. There is so much that goes on in the first 4 seasons that I have forgotten about!

Acer Aspire. Best Buy had a nice deal online for $400, including the tower and 20" widescreen monitor, but when I went to the store they didn't have anything like it. So I printed out the package and brought it to the store. I wanted to know if I bought it online would I be charged tax. (I would, but they would send a refund). The lady was cool, and checked stock. They had everything and sent me out the door with the online deal, tax free. It qualifies for the Windows 7 upgrade, so I'll install it on the kids computer when I get it, and install the business version on mine since I've already ordered it.

I'd be highly concerned if you had cooked all of it, especially the salad...

Unless, of course, it was pasta salad...

One of the strategies of being a Master PW is when you can miss a day, return and find 6-7 pages of material with which to work. That's usually good for 20-30 posts or more. Missing yesterday was the exception as most of the, umm "material," was Sham's and the ability to respond to him was severely limited... ;)

I am here by myself now with a guest or three so at least it will be easy to string a few posts together without fear of interruption...  :))
