Wouldn't "Asterisk" be a cool name for a dog?

You'd be an "ass ter risk" it! That's a punchline from an old joke.

If anyone's willing to get banned for life from DBR, they could post something truly foul on the LTE and maybe get the thread closed. ;) Something like "(insert great duke player's name here) sucks compared to (insert some crappy Carolina player's name here)."

Don't risk the thread - it stands as a nice memorial to those that went before.bjornolf wrote:If anyone's willing to get banned for life from DBR, they could post something truly foul on the LTE and maybe get the thread closed. ;) Something like "(insert great duke player's name here) sucks compared to (insert some crappy Carolina player's name here)."

I've seen the same virus on two computers today, it's a fake antivirus program, and it changes your desktop. In big red letters it says " WARNING! YOUR'RE IN DANGER! YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH SPYWARE!"
It's also infected with bad spelling.

Re: LTE 2.0
My kids are watching Ghostbusters II today, cause they loved Ghostbusters so much yesterday. I had forgotten that they mention Duke's paranormal psychology department in that movie. It's also mentioned in that Harrison Ford movie, "What Lies Beneath".wilson wrote:Now I'm flipping back & forth between Ghostbusters II (which immediately followed the original on AMC) and Wayne's World.bjornolf wrote:We're watching ghostbusters right now, too. We found it on TV, and popped in the DVD when the kids got up.wilson wrote:...and that would be why, instead of packing/cleaning, I am currently watching Ghostbusters.
I have gotten some good stuff done today, though, and will get at least a couple more loads of laundry done before bed, so tomorrow morning, I'll be able to just fetch some boxes and pack all my clothes before moving on to my study and the kitchen.
Dinner and a drink with three of my best friends tonight, too. Should be good.
Not bad.
