From Watkins Glen, a very scenic area in upstate NY I fondly remember visiting as a child. I saw a moment as we were eating lunch and recognized it by its gorgeous waterfall.

OK my pick ended up in the garage again this week! I'm getting really good at picking those guys -- several weeks in a row!

Austin Dillon is driving for Smoke this weekend in Michigan. He is Richard Childress' grandson and has been doing really well in Nationwide.

My friend Danielle's husband Justin works on his Nationwide crew. I am assuming he will use Tony's crew for the Sprint race.

We've watched Dillon race several times in Nationwide here in Iowa and he's a mover! I like him! Good choice Smoke!

Big news for next year:
1) Vickers takes over the 55 full time. Mark Martin won't be racing it at all.
2) Montoya is out at EGR. He will not be driving the Target, and is now looking for a ride, along with KuBu, Dinger, and Newman.

Logano leads the field into turn 1, lap 1, but KuBu leads Lap 1
Lap 2 CAUTION: Bowyer spins around. WOW!! He just couldn't handle it. Hamlin was to his right, Jr behind him, and he just couldn't handle the speed. Maybe it was a flat left rear tire. No substantial damage.

Lap 7 of 200 CAUTION: Reutimann into the wall on Turn 2. That was just two laps of green flag racing between cautions.

Lap 14 of 200 CAUTION: Yeley and Dillon catch each other on Turn 2. That was two laps of racing between cautions.
Dillon came in to pit, and tried to beat the traffic (and not lose a lap)... and he gets caught speeding.
In case you didn't know, JJ started in the back of the pack today, as he crashed in practice.

KuBu takes the lead. Logano is now wiggling a lot and falling back a little.

Lap 38: Truex is the first of the leaders to green flag pit. The pitting begins!

Lap 45 of 200: JJ, in the lead, comes in (he had come in during the early yellows, so he is a little off the others in pit sequence).
Other folks who took the lead during the pits: Ambrose, Jr, Bayne, Hamlin, and Mears.
KuBu had a dropped lugnut, and lost 3-4 spots. Bowyer stalled leaving the pit stop. Harvick had a problem as well.

Lap 55 of 200: JJ suddenly came in again! Uh oh!! He is now down a lap. He is not coming up to speed. He is going into the garage. WOW!
