Luckily for me, I don't think there's much danger of undercooking my sausage. After a good browning, it gets ground up tiny in the processor and then cooked for 6 hours in the turkey.

Sorry about your mishap though.

I know OY I'd get shut down in a second, but I think we can handle it. Just wondering if anyone thinks Marvel will kill off Tony Stark in this Me Too world because he was such a womanizing playboy and may thus become a source of controversy for Marvel and Disney? I mean, he spends a good chunk of his first couple movies either having one night stands or treating Pepper Potts, well, let's face it, improperly.

Maybe on the flipside, SHOULD they kill off Tony Stark?

Discuss.

Duplin County NC, they only have 10,000 students in the county. They are a football power house. Three schools are going to State playoffs. A kid, Marcelias Sutton, running back, graduated from James Kenan HS 2 years ago, he plays for Oklahoma. When our Max and Marcellias were seniors there, they won State. Max is proud of his ring.

Years ago, after NC State won the National Championship Bud was flying home from a meeting. Jimmy V was setting next to him. Bud congratulated him. Bud told him how excited we were. We were so loud we woke Dawn. She came out and ask what all the noise was about. We told her. Coach V ask why wasn't she up watching. Bud's answer, with a smile, "She's a Duke fan". Coach V laughed. After Coach V was diagnosed with cancer, I saw Coach K with him for one of V's admissions to Duke. About a year later, I had a patient with cancer. He was dying. They were the sweetest family. They had one child fifteen years old, with about a six year old capabilities. They loved Duke basketball. I later that day saw Coach K in the lobby of the hospital. I told him about the family. He ask for the patients name. The next morning, I saw the family, they told me Coach had been up to visit. Coach K is not only a great coach but a great person.

Proud Aunt moment. My 16 yr old niece is a member of Team USA for the IDO World Championships in jazz and contemporary dance. They won 5th place yesterday for one of their contemporary routines yesterday. For their first time ever at worlds, competing against at least one country that brought professionals, that’s not bad! :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue:

Thanks, all! She competes again today in a small group contemporary routine. I’ll be live streaming on my iPad again while at work. Crossing my fingers for them! They looked great when I saw them at their send-off, but the competition at worlds is tough.

I’ve been up since 3:30 am, watching dance live stream from Poland. Team USA advanced to semis in Adult Jazz Formation (basically the whole team) with their number to NYNY. They’re in the finals (Top 5!!) later today, with their Adult Jazz Group number Back to Me (to Celine Dion’s It’s All Coming Back to Me Now). AD Niece really shines in anything balletic/lyrical, so she was in the front for this number. Jazz isn’t really her thing, so she is more in the back. She also had a fairly prominent part in Our Legacy, the number that came in 5th in Adult Contemporary Formation. I posted the video yesterday’s

Next round for NYNY should be starting soon. Go Team USA!
