Just have to brag....he got the home run today - they moved him up to the sophomore team as a pinch hitter for their last game of the season, last at bat and it went over the left/center fence big time! I'm not sure who is more excited -- ID grandson or ID Gma!

Congrats and I'm jealous. In all my years of baseball and softball, I never hit a ball over a fence fair, and I was a good hitter. Still was when I last played softball about 4 or 5 years ago.

Just discovered that Jessica the newbie still hasn't been cut loose to do cases on her own, and only three of us oversee her. Guess which one does not?

I need to clone myself. Was supposed to be in Circuit Court AND in General District at 9 this morning. No, I didn't double book myself, the office staff did it. They also double booked me for next Thursday.

Wrist surgery can't come soon enough....
