The portal being "opened" doesn't mean much. Guys can, and have, announce that they are going shopping. Already big names from high profile programs, as well as "big names" from lower schools. KC Concepcion and DJ Jackson are both saying seeya at State.

They don't need to announce. They can keep their entry totally silent if they wish. It closes on Dec 28th.

I'm sure Duke will have someone leave (watching Loftis and Beilin most), but hopefully if they do, they'll play in the bowl game still just as our guys did last year.

I’m sure Loftis and Belin will be watching Maalik Murphy. We are bringing in another QB in the 2025 class, Dan Mahan. If MM stays, and I have not heard any speculation he will not, the QB room will be crowded.

From their post game on field celebration at Wake on Saturday, it's clear they all get along well, but I'll be shocked if all three are on campus this Spring.
If Murphy does leave, I'm not sure how disappointed I'd be. Yes, we are here partly because of him, and I appreciate that very much, but I would love to see what we can do with QB that can also run forward.

Duke FB Twitter has Gompers and Bryce Davis, the 4 star from Greensboro, both signed.

Bryce Davis is listed at 82 on ESPN's 300, with offers from UGA, LSU, Bama, lots of other places.
