Grilling some chicken wangz later this evening. Going to use cornstarch to try to get them nice and crispy. Will freelance some sort of dry rub with whatever seasonings I have on hand.

Have garlic parmesan and lemon pepper on now. Hoping this turns out ok.

Hot bbq and traditional buffalo next.

Just put two of the biggest and thickest brats I’ve ever seen on the grill.

You can't grill without beer.

Once or twice a year I do a batch of Buffalo Wings. I bake em in the oven. Frank's original recipe is still my all-time fave.

I use an air-fryer to get ‘em pretty much cooked, then slather in sauce and finish in the grill. Mmmmmmmmm.

Wingz look tasty. I've got one of those Chargriller grills, with the side firebox. I use it on occasion when I'm doing bigger chunks of meat.

Had to cook dinner for GF's family tonight, so opted to do pork steaks. Did those and baked potatoes. (Foil wrapped potatoes over the coals for an hour, then put the steaks on.)
Duke born, Duke bred, cooking on a grill so I'm tailgate fed.
