Thanks! I tried to spork you (which is not a felony in VA any more) but apparently I am not promiscuous enough. :9f:
I had that issue trying to spork both of you. I, apparently, have to spork more freely.
Please be sure you use this as your promiscuity runs amok:

You're fing kidding me, right? Two arrests in 6-7 days, a court date scheduled and he's at FB practice? WTF?

I know it's not related to the athletic, err, academic scandal, but LOIC continues to be the title for their ongoing shenanigans over on and around the dump.

:9f:
Head coach Larry Fedora said it was his decision to reinstate Simmons, a senior. Fedora said he will let the legal process run its course before dishing out any additional punishment.
Waiting for other authorities to do their thing first has worked so well over there, why stop now? Gives Hat the ability to suspend him for Spring practice after the "legal process" is over some time in January.

Her contract wasn't renewed. Perhaps this is an opportune time to provide whatever she can about how things are done in the athletic department. ;;)

It wouldn't surprise me if this was a delaying tactic to protect the alleged championship hopes of the basketball team. Kind of like some of the guys in Varnish County Jail who don't want to get shipped off to prison elsewhere in the state manage to pick up a jail fight charge about the time the DOC bus arrives to pick them up. :9f:

If the NCAA doesn't recognize this as more c*rolina shenanigans/ :poo: , then they are dummer than we can imagine. If however, they recognize this as yet another shameless ploy to delay proceedings, they should state they still want their NOA response 8/18 as originally required and take this self-reporting as a separate event and say they'll deal with this minor offense after they're finished (hopefully) burying those cheating, lying bastards for the prior 18 (or 23) years of violations. I'm torn...continue Roy's recruiting misery or lay the smackdown now. I'd be happier for leaning towards laying the groundwork for a couple truly miserable years in the Dean Dome if it weren't for Fedora lying through his teeth successfully and getting guys to suit up in the fugly blue.

Lay the smackdown now. :violence-smack:

Revoke degrees. Take down banners. Let the stain of being confirmed cheaters begin now. That will last WELL beyond the simple recruiting misery. People will start squealing on each other... assuming a smackdown occurs.

I hear ya, but I also envision them protecting this season for nothing, as it results in more drawn out recruiting woes and NO banners. No ACC, no NCAA, no squat, because the team gets beaten before it has a chance to win them.

Ditto. I don't think the NCAA wants to penalize unc as they deserve.

I fear mens' basketball is too big to fail, and the defense for football will be: look, it didn't make them competitive with the big boys, so why punish them?

I see Sylvia ending up with some nicely matched tread marks on her ugly outfit. :9f:
