It wouldn't surprise me if this was a delaying tactic to protect the alleged championship hopes of the basketball team. If however, they recognize this as yet another shameless ploy to delay proceedings, they should state they still want their NOA response 8/18 as originally required and take this self-reporting as a separate event and say they'll deal with this minor offense after they're finished (hopefully) burying those cheating, lying bastards for the prior 18 (or 23) years of violations.
