My niece in NYC never lost power. However, my sister, 1.5 to 2 hours north of Philly, did. Power is scheduled to be restored by 11/4/12. Since she is on a well, they have no water either. Niece Ebeth has a PASC meeting in New Castle starting yesterday so after she left home, sister headed to MD where BiL will meet her. Hopefully, electricity, water, and heat will be back on when they get home.
