Hoping to stop by to see everybody. The OP's ancient hip has him on the "day to day" list right now. I'm 'bout ready to knock him in the head and have it replaced while he's out cold. He's a hard head, bless his heart.

I waited and waited for my ticket package to show up, but it never did. I was going to call today to find out why, but I got an email yesterday telling me that they were at the will call window, waiting for me! I picked them up today!

Clearly I need more sleep. I meant why weren't your tix sent/received?

Our tickets weren't sent out with the first batch, either. Mom called the ticket office to find out where they were, and they told her they were holding them because they wanted to know if she wanted to buy MORE tickets. Clearly, it's a marketing strategy. (She told them, "No, just send the tickets I paid for back in March.")

Our tickets arrived yesterday.

I'm planning on being there around noon. Jake and Christian might come but if they do, they will bring their own food, as they are on a special diet. Lisa and Paul are so excited to be coming and meeting all of you. Lisa and I have been friends for 25 years. We met playing racket ball.

Game Day has arrived! I'm drinking coffee and contemplating the great day ahead for us all. After a while, I'll be dicing onions, chopping chili peppers and slicing andouille sausage for my Chili Mac.
