Back to gym. Twenty five minutes of walking, 10 of running. Hope that works off some of the M&M's I had beforehand....

Go Crazietalkers!!! I got my 3 Curves workouts in this week. I have not had any artificial sweeteners and have eaten healthy. Feeling good already. If the weather doesn't cooperate for a bike ride this weekend, I want to try out Stevo's new Xbox kinnect. It looks like a hell of a lot fun.
Go Duke!!!!

M&M's are energy pills. They are medicinal items, and thus do not count toward one's caloric intake.

Thanks, Dr. Cathy!
Back to gym today, for the 30 minute express workout and 6 minutes of cooldown on a treadmill. At 35 minutes on my exercise music playlist, is the Duke Band playing "Devil with the Blue Dress On." It gives me motivation to do just a couple extra minutes.

Any time. If you develop muscle aches, let me know. I have a special medicinal remedy for those, too.

I'd bet that would be a glass of merlot or pinot noir, right?

Why, yes! Alcohol is very good for muscle aches.

That's why I recommend red wine.

The glass of Washington State Riesling I just had made my muscles feel much better.
Is DA in Washington State wine country? If so, I need to visit.

DA lives in the Seattle area, IIRC and has suggested some fine Washington wines in the past.

Washington State tourism has a lovely winery tour itinerary, which is one of the things on my request list when we visit the in-laws in Tacoma. Maybe this year, or next.

I'd make it this year. And next year.
Both Oregon and Washington have very fertile, vibrant wine industries.
