Roller coaster!!!!! Emotions up, then down, then up. It gets downright exhausting sometimes. This has been a week for the record books. So many had to say goodbye to our beloved pets while at the same time celebrating hard fought victories and new best buds. Our hearts go out to everybody hurting and feeling euphoric at the same time. Surely everything will settle down soon.

Let's all hang in there together.

Just for fun: the dog is 4 weeks old. We have to wait four more weeks to get him. Try to guess the breed! Blue Devil points to anyone who nails it or gets closest!

The puppy breed is Adorable. (What do I know about dog breeds? I'm no Windsor.)

I do know that you need to update the picture of your kids as Darling Daughter is obviously a bit older than your picture shows.

I have seen frenchies that young before so I know they look totally different with ears down.

Waiting for the call to pick up my car. The collision repair shop has had it for over a month, and they were supposed to be finished over a week ago. The call I received around noon said they'd be done in a couple of hours. Well, it has been a couple of hours.

While waiting for the phone call, I watched "I Hate Christian Laettner" on Netflix. I really enjoyed it. Made me wonder if he'd end up on someone's coaching staff at some point.

From what I read about that program, it doesn't sound like that would be a match made in Heaven. If Hurley couldn't live with 'em, I'm pretty sure Laettner would blow his top in short order.
