I'm going to lightly moderate, and say that while you CAN say whatever without fear of being censored, it doesn't mean you SHOULD. At least keep it in some sort of context. At least that way your words are emphasizing your thoughts and feelings as opposed to just being said to say them.

I, too, had a salad for lunch in an attempt to be a healthy eater. It was assembled at a salad bar, though. I think I did fairly well - I went light on the cheese and used a vinaigrette dressing of some kind. Added sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, craisins, ham, broccoli, cherry tomatoes. It was dirt cheap (pay by the oz). May have to play build-a-salad more often.
