Thanks. I’m at the back of the line because of the type of position I have. Another colleague’s well-deserved promotion to full professor went through more quickly. But, nothing says “you’re valuable to us,” like dragging out the promotion process for over a year. I go to the back of the line at every stage of a multi-stage process.
