Good morning!
I've secured my outdoor items and taken my "before" photos. It's so beautiful here today. I've made extra ice. I'll fill the tub with water this afternoon.
We're going to drag some mattresses downstairs and sleep in the living room tonight. I have way too many trees on the north side of my house that could come crashing through the roof.

Harumph! My boss texted me at 7:30 to let me know that the office that I am not planning to show up today since I'm on vacation still does not have power. I haven't been able to go back to sleep.
