Dinner: flat iron steak turned out great. Did a southwest-style homemade rub on it, grilled to medium, sliced thin across the grain. Yum! Grilled potatoes and onions, steamed broccoli with a small dab of butter, corn on the cob smothered in butter. Yuengling lager.

Lunch: Spring mix of seasonal mixed greens, including baby Romaine, Tango and Radicchio (in other words, weeds like I wrote yesterday :roll: ) topped with blueberries, fresh Roma tomatoes, Feta and fat-free cranberry balsalmic vinagrette dressing.

Yumm, I had not thought of that but will try! I think this is the first healthy meal I've seen you eat, just saying! ;)

Last night was pretty healthy with shrimp, crab cakes and all the veggies and salad.
