Lavabe is on fire!

I would note symmetry of my last three races:

267, 268, 269.

270 for next week!

Looks like I expanded my overall lead a little more, as I won this week's round, some 16 points over Tilly. Lawgrad, Ymo, and colchar were in a pack some 30-40 pts further behind Tilly. Iowa and JGo were another 10ish points behind. Miles and knights both trailed, having received no points for the C list. PLEASE verify your choices for the C list both by qualifying deadline AND by the race deadline. I wound up having Vickers in my selections this week (even though he was not entered), but managed to put him on the bench. A good way to look and see if your C lister is racing is to check the preview, which is put up every Wednesday.

In the overall scores, NO changes in the top 5. In overall changes, Tilly has passed lawgrad for 6th, and is now a mere 3 points behind JGo in 5th.

I am now in the 98th percentile. That will be shot to pieces next weekend, as the Sprint Cup comes to the Magic Roulette Wheel... 'Dega! Get out your dartboards folks and try to pick this race. :confusion-shrug: :sad-roulette:

I'm half tempted to pick Jamie Mac this week. He stands as good a shot of winning as does anyone.

Thanks Ymo. I may be on fire, but I have no hope of doing well with picks for Dega! 8-}

In terms of picking drivers this week, I'm going to choose what's behind the box with the lovely Caroll Merrill.

For my starters I mostly chose drivers who I hadn't used yet this year. All of my starters are first time picks and all of my bench drivers have only been used once thus far. Seems about as solid a strategy as any other for 'Dega.

Dega in a little delayed start.

I might root for KuBusch today. His car has a RICKY BOBBY paint scheme, complete with cougar and "I WANNA GO FAST."

Lap 16 of 188 CAUTION: Regan Smith Smokes Up... Engine is done

So far, it's been all Smoke in the lead.

Nine cars from the rear did not come into the pits.

They come back into thepits a little later.

Kenseth is in the lead. Menard led a lap.

Dinger and Gilliland sped in the pits.

Lap 44 of 188: Newman overheats and goes into the garage.

M Waltrip has been leading the last 20 laps or so. Now it looks like JJ in the lead.

Lap 85: JGordon has a water pressure issue, and is starting to race more slowly, instead of near the front.
Note that Burton led a couple of laps earlier during the last green flag pits.
Kahne now in the lead.

Lap 109: Harvick took the lead; now Biffle has it.
JG doing okay, still racing, despite water issue.
Looks like Harvick and Menard can make it with just one more pit stop.

74 laps to go: Smoke is now having some water pressure issues (just like JG), but is still racing. He's moving to the back of the pack.
