My wife has an impeccable eye for knowing when someone is pregnant. Very early in the show she says "Are they doing a really terrible job trying to hide the fact that Cobie is pregnant?"

I expected the punchline to that joke to be extremely and specifically derogatory toward women.... only to learn after checking with Mr. Google that it was just plain foul all around. %-(

I sent her an email, though suspect she won't have a chance to read it until after April 15th.

Well considering I don't have any windows (ugh) I can't blame the grey. Not that it is. ;;) It's more of being back in the office after being off for a week and not wanting to do ANYTHING. Heh. /:)

I've had one of those disaster a minute kind of days - cuts down on the posting time! It wouldn't be so bad if 99.5% of the disasters weren't caused by idiots not doing their jobs. b-(

I think that's the deadline for entering the NBA draft. Hopefully, Gerald Henderson will have a special birthday present for her, and you. ;)

Oh. My. God.

My mom is out of town and a package arrived from our CPA this afternoon by UPS overnight delivery.

I called her. I told her, "Mom, your tax forms are here and you need to sign them."

"I thought I filed them all," she said.

"Nope," I replied as I looked over the returns that I was holding in my hands.

I've been practicing my mom's signature this evening. ~x(

Someone remind me to go to the post office in the morning and put these things in the mail.
“The invention of basketball was not an accident. It was developed to meet a need. Those boys simply would not play 'Drop the Handkerchief.'”
