I started off making Manhattan clam chowder. I used part of the "Joy of Cooking" recipe but did my usual thing. I added okra and corn. I guess it's Manhattan stew. It was really good. Next time, I'll "tweak" it a little.

That was fun. Talked to more gracious Ky fans after the game than rude ones. Saw several in the I hate Laettner shirts and a couple in Duke 1 shirts with the D and E x'd out. I hope they bought actual Duke shirts to do that since it means money for Duke.

I mentioned in chat that I gotta give them credit for those shirts. See any Duke shirts in reverse? Like with the UK and D and and E added in?

SIL and her 2year old granddaughter are having a test of wills over a cracker that Bridget refuses to pick up. I think she missed naptime.

Makes me appreciate my :O3 :O3 all the more. For one thing, they would eat the cracker on the floor. :9f:

I hear what your saying. We're lucky.Henry Joseph could care less when he gets into something not good. We pick him up away from what ever. He doesn't care. He is the most lad back baby I've ever seen. We are lucky. Dogs are the most wonderful thing in the world, along with our Henry Joseph.

Upset Kentucky fans at work today. Too bad, so sad. Get over it. There will be more losses for you as the year goes on.
