Plenty of others to say 'dammit at' this team was full of disappointing underperformers.CameronBornAndBred wrote:devildeac wrote:Buh-bye! Be sure to work on that L hand dribble and layup, in addition to that mid-range pull-up jumper. And your teammates might appreciate you looking around a bit when you have the ball. They are open sometimes.
At least I won't need my "Dammit, Austin!" hot-key next season.

Deslok has had one for years. Or rather, his parents in NJ have one. That's how he watches Duke games in Japan. He has always spoken very highly of it.bjornolf wrote:Anybody have a slingbox? How is it?

He has skills. Be honest.
Are those skills ready? NO!
Will they become ready? Probably, one day, one season far away.
Right now? NO!

Not nearly as bad a decision as Avery...one is always allowed to make their own decisions.

Congratulations, Greg Paulus and Ohio State!

I forgot that GP was on the Ohio State staff. I can cheer for them; I'm a huge Greg Paulus fan.CathyCA wrote:Congratulations, Greg Paulus and Ohio State!

Pretty good trick, too. I'm pretty sure he is in Korea. He teaches at the school I attended. Of course, he could also teach at a school I attended in Japan.
Life is good!

Re: LTE 2.0
One of my Duke friends on FB posted that Duke and unc won the same number of trophies this year, and a couple of unc people went totally off on him about how they won the regular season championship (which, when Duke won it every year, they said was meaningless), etc.
I posted as follows: "Actually, Duke won a trophy at the Maui Invitational, where they beat Kansas. Apparently Tyler Thornton>Stillman White."
Boy, do I feel better getting that off my chest.

Re: LTE 2.0
Update on the cow guy. His attorney wrote an angry letter to our office. Apparently the cow guy is Baton Bob. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baton_boblawgrad91 wrote:How bizarre.
On April 12, I am prosecuting a man for going to two of the local public schools and walking through the hallways dressed as a cow. No, he doesn't work for Chick-fil-a. He is charged under the old KKK law that makes it illegal in Virginia for an adult to wear a mask in a public place without written permission of the property owner.
And I thought I had seen everything. (Speaking of which, I hope the officer took pictures....)
He was wandering the hallways of the schools he attended in the varnish zone, supposedly making a movie about his life. No, I don't know why he was wearing a cow getup. It appears he prefers tutus.
I am curious if any of the Atlanta or St. Louis Mafia know anything about him.
