I've gotten the things for years and another came yesterday. This time they were having a fire sale on the things. The short version is I just sprung for the Quantum Physics series (Dr. Benjamin Schumacher presenting). Downloaded the first couple of lectures. My geek heart is singing ..singing... with joy. They are awesome. They are beyond awesome.

I do love me some quantum physics.

I am such a geek.
My PHB orders them for his junkets to Richmond.

He loaned me a lengthy one on Martin Luther. I'm a history buff so it was right up my alley. :9f:

Speaking of anniversaries, my wife and I went to see La Cage Aux Folles at the Kennedy Center for our anniversary, and they always hold a contest to see who's been married the longest. The winners were a couple celebrating their 69th that night. They got married in 1943, right before he left for the war as a 17 year old. Color my gast flabbered. They were there with their kids, grand kids, and great grand kids.

Just a little OCD thing to brighten my day: Today's date is 030612. How cool is that?

3 x 2 = 6
6 x 2 = 12

Three doubled is six. Six doubled is twelve!

There is probably some algebraic equation to express today's date, but it just feels so good to type it: 030612 030612 030612 :happy-bouncyblue:

Has anybody had Claussen's new Hot and Spicy pickles?
:flame: :pickle: =p~ :ymhug:

If you enjoy spicy treats, and are a fan of pickles then I highly recommend. They are more spicy than I imagined and have a really nice kick.

I'm sorry, but discussing your addiction in order to further feed it is just sad. The PW gods are watching. ;)
