Quinn Cox, uh, Cook got my vote tonight. Apparently Bob Harris called Cook "Cox" at some point during the broadcast last night, or so he told Quinn during the post game interview as Bob led with an apology for doing so. Shortly after that, devildeac had to apologize to me for almost making me spew my Diet Coke onto the person sitting in front of me in the car we were riding, but to say more would just be Crazietalk.
I'll leave the rest of the explanation up to devildeac, but let's just say it was a comment he made invoking the name EarlJam after Bob Harris's apology... ;)
Bob Harris did indeed apologize to Quinn last PM for calling him Cox or (Coch, as in "hard" -ch sound). My comment to Ozzie was simply that Bob Harris must have him confused with EarlJam and his ongoing saga/fascination with a certain body part here on CTN. I did make the unfortunate mistake of timing my comment with Ozzie's guzzling of a large sip of a Diet Coke at that moment and the front seat passenger nearly had a soft drink shower shortly after my comment. :ymblushing:

Just wait till she tries to figure out what's in them in the mass spec all by her self, with no one to help her figure out how to run it properly! :ymdevil: :ymdevil: :ymdevil:

I think it would suit her properly if, on the way out the door, you tell her that the truth is you really did make those cookies.

Would you like some hot yellow peppers? :flame:
That'll wake you up! :veryconfused: =p~ :D

Of course, I could offer you the peppers with a Christmas Ale, but then hold the peppers. I might be sending such an Ale to devildeac. Would that work? :D

At 1:30 this afternoon, I was passed on I-85 just north of Hillsborough (on my way to University Ford) by a silver Bentley sedan wearing a personalized NC license tag that read, "PHB". I was laughing pretty hard, trying to drive and trying to open up the camera app on my phone to get a picture. By the time the camera was ready, the Bentley was 500 feet ahead.

If he was driving a Bentley, he's entitled to be a PHB! :D

From out of the office window, it was a little closer than I thought but too far away for a good view of the license tag...

No prosecco here. PHB...I wonder what he really intended with that moniker.
