There is a wildfire somewhere around here, I think about 50 miles away. It's so thick here it looks like fog. At least it is keeping the sun away, it was supposed to be almost 100 today.

Showed Charlotte Smith on WRAL tonight being formally introduced as Elons Womens BBall Coach!!! She was sporting one of the biggest hair weaves, I have seen. (maybe a basketball was wrapped under all that weave).

KAY YOW was the women's basketball coach at Elon, before her NC State days. And her sister, Susan played on the team, also. They grew up in neighboring town of Gibsonville. I miss Kay! She was so special!

Andrew Zimmern was eating those little bastards on Bizarre Foods the other day. My wife and kids LOVE that show.

My mom used to walk around her rose bushes, grabbing June bugs and Japanese beetles, yanking them from the flowers, then just hurling them to the slate, bursting them. If that didn't get 'em, she'd step on them, cussing at them the whole time. Mom scared me sometimes.

What states have the Death Penalty? Obviously, Florida does; with the Casey Anthony case.

Any thoughts on the Casey Anthony case? None of the DNA is linked to Casey.
I don't how they found jurors in Florida, with little to no knowledge of the case. It has been National news, since the disappearance of Little Caylie.
