Hey, how was the commute today, Sue?

I can definitely tell that it's a holiday week here; traffic's much lighter, and peak in the afternoon has moved from 5:30-6:30 back to 4:00-5:00. Slackers. ;)

The weather has cooled off for a few days - lower humidity too! I decided to turn off the ac (actually just cranked the temp up) and open windows. I hope this lasts for a few days.

I think Shamm must have actually had some work to do because he only made one Scrabble move with me yesterday as well. How many Scrabble games does Shamm have going on anyway? (And should any of us feel dirty for participating?)

Just got back from the National Zoo. I was so disappointed. I spent twenty minutes staring at and examining "Lemur Island" over there, which swore it had red fronted brown lemurs and ring-tailed lemurs, trying to get a pic or two to post here, but i didn't see a single f-ing lemur. Darnit. They must have been hiding. The kids loved watching the elephants getting bathed and fed, as well as the hippo, who was out of the water for the first time I've ever seen her out. Darn lemurs. They're crafty. Must've known I was comin' for 'em. ;)

Check my thread on windows 7 before you do anything. They are offering free upgrades for those buying a pc with Vista, so make sure you have that option.

I can't think of anything I'd rather be doing right now.
