Steak on the grill, not sure what veggies yet. Last night I made my mom and stepdad marinated salmon in the smoker..after an hour that was some of the best fish I've ever had.

Colchar totally influenced my dinner decision tonight. I made (if you can call it that) Linguine and Clams! I am macking on it now while watching the Braves and it is delicious.

Thank you Colchar!

Oh, if I die from seafood poisoning tonight, you all have my full permission to be witnesses against Colchar on charges of Murder.

I know that feeling.

Just drink a handful more, along with some fancy dress, loud music, and a wanker-maker, and all will be okay.

I'd send AD a PM and see if she can find one in St. Louis and then bring it to the Alabama game if she drives.
Maybe AD will read about it in the What's for Dinner thread and go a-lookin'. :D
What an incredible coincidence! ;)

Leftover grilled chicken sauteed with non-firey jalapenos, carmen peppers, italian peppers, and pasta, in a garlic and cream soda reduction.

FWIW, it's a cane sugar cream soda, and when it is reduced, it tastes very much like sugar and vanilla.

Having another O'Fallon's Blackberry ale. :D

There are enough lawyers here that at least one of them should be able to get me off the hook! Besides, no jury in the world would convict me!

Glad you enjoyed it, my wings sucked. They are usually pretty good at this place too so I was rather disappointed. If it weren't for my usual waitress being such delicious eye-candy the meal would've been a total loss.

Last PM was dinner with friends and included grilled teriyaki salmon, sugar/snap peas, wild rice with 'shrooms and onions, rosemary parm bread and a Caesar-type salad with red onions and fresh avocado. Apple crisp pie and Breyer's Vanilla ice cream was dessert. We ate way too much good food. :banana-explosion:

Lunch today:
Stir-fried zucchini (yellow and green), red bulgarian and mild jalapeno peppers, and mini-portabellas, with garlic, cayenne, and curry... all served over a portion of brown rice.

Oh yeah... 1280 mg of fish oil (burpless).

It may be burpless. I hope a similar principle appplies to the other end of its journey, too. =)) =))
