Finally the energy, effort and toughness weren't the issue. The players just aren't good enough; a sad and uncomfortable truth for North Carolina basketball.

But I’d take a bunch of three star Luke Mayes that play with everything they have than a bunch of pre madonnas worried about NIL and their name on the back. And if they were worried about their name on the back they would take more pride in their play. Idk if Hubert is the coach of the future for UNC. I believe Wes Miller is the long term answer.

Pre Madonnas? Before which Madonna? Meaning people in the Old Testament, or 1970’s music? I could make a case for either.
