Lap 76
Smoke did NOT come into the pits, as he had pitted late on the green, so Smoke has the lead!

On the restart, Hamlin's engine seems to have failed. There's some concern that it may be something that Joe Gibbs racers will have to watch out for (that means Blech and Logano).

Hamlin is still racing in 27th. He had an electrical issue. Doesn't look like a major engine issue. Hamlin is on the lead lap.

Truex is backing up, just like last week.
Kurt Busch running poorly today so far.

Burton has made up for his earlier speeding penalty.
Hamlin is out of the race. Joe Gibbs has some issues again.

Looks like Marvin is going to vault into the lead. He has 3 in the top 10, with B Driver Kahne his worst performer (20th).

In the C list competition, Menard is cleaning up again, in 9th. David Ragan, the consensus choice, is 21st.

With 65 laps to go, we're getting ready for some green flag pit stops.

Menard has not been as consistent so far this season as I had hoped. Neither has Kahne, but with 56 laps to go, I hope mhy luck holds out. Especially when I FORGOT to pick my drivers this week! lol, by the time I remembered, all I could do is switch the order.

Blech has clinched leading the most laps in the race.

They can probably make it on one more pit stop, possibly around lap 28.

Green flag pits took place in laps 34-31. Kenseth came in early, as he's having trouble getting all the gas into his car.
Blech's lead out of the pits is 2.9 secs. Smoke had made up about 3 sec prior to the pits.

15 laps to go: CAUTION: Bobby Labonte goes into the wall
Will probably be 10 laps remaining when they restart.
It all depends on who does what in the pits. People are wondering what to do with the tires.
Probably the drivers in 11th - 35th will come into the pits.

WIthout a doubt, THE BEST final 3 laps of the year!!
Blech gave way to JJ with 3.5 to go, and Harvick swept around Blech 3/4 lap later as Blech got loose.
In the last lap, Harvick was bump draftiong JJ, then swept wide of him on turn 3 to win it!!
