Good morning! Home from seeing hubby off for his 21st Cycle NC bicycle trip that started yesterday in Blowing Rock! He's worked hard on his rehab over the last 7 months and an electronic assist bicycle has made it possible for him to keep doing this thing that he loves. He and 2 buddies are a tag team with 2 riding each day and one driving the van, so he can get picked up before the end of the day's ride if necessary on the days he's not the driver. Here's hoping for a good week of nice weather and friendly roads. I'll pick him up in Atlantic Beach next Saturday.

Great news, Shereec! He and my BiL should get together. Wayne got 2 gold medals at the Kansas Senior games (5k and 10k time trials) 4 months after finishing bladder cancer treatment and 18 months after breaking his hip. They are both great rile models.
