Why, yes! I was such a stellar student! ;)

Seriously, he'd never had to study before college. It all came to him so easily. But remember Fortran? It kicked his butt! Also, ExLax lived in House P. His first semester was dismal.

Wow. That sounds like a Blutarsky-type GPA.

I remember Fortran IV and doing punch cards in the Engineering Building terminals or in the AROD Building (that's when AROD meant Army Research Office Durham and not Alex Rodriguez). That was first semester freshman year. Got a B in the course. I know because I just dug out my transcript :happy-bouncyblue: and I can go back and answer DD's snarky ;) comment above! I got a 3.175 second semester freshman year and a 3.1 first semester senior year, which were upper level engineering and management science courses.

Oh man, that indeed sucks. :wizard: :wizard: to you and yours.

I'm not bragging or anything, but Sam pulled off a 3.5 his first semester.

(That's better than what his parents did. . . COMBINED!)[/quote]

Good job Sam!!!! Cathy, brag all you want. :happy-bouncyblue:

I love reading Facebook comments. One of my friends wrote, "Have to order my son a corsage for his date for Winter Ball. Any suggestions of where to order one in San Jose?"

One of my L-) frenemies responded, "I wouldn't go to a regular florist. You'll be paying a lot more. Whole foods did a great job on an arraignment for me... "

=)) =)) =)) =)) =)) =)) =))

OMG! An arraignment at the grocery store! "How does your client intend to plead?"

Guilty?

Not guilty?

or Wrist Corsage!!!! =)) =)) =)) =))
