I'm leaving for Durham in 8.5 hours! :happy-bouncyblue:

I'll be in the Fitzpatrick Atrium on Tues, from 11AM until 3PM, if anyone's on campus and wants to get a pitch for Microsoft's college recruiting. I'll probably head up to Fuqua at 4PM, to hear Craig Mundie give a speech on human-centered computing. :-B

Well, when the shit hits the fan it usually splatters so I am not at all surprised it hit this thread too.

If you're ever recruiting for them up here in the Great White North me sure to let me know. Unless you're stuck in some shithole like Winnipeg, then you're on your own.

Well DAY-UMM! I'll try to get by to say hi at some point if I can work it into my schedule. When do you arrive and when do you leave - the area, not just CIEMAS (Center for Interdisciplinary Engineering, Medicine and Applied Sciences, subsequently named for Fitzpatrick and ???) I'm sure I don't want to interrupt your recruiting, unless you can offer me a job that involves not moving from Smithfield, unless it has one heckuva paycheck with it :D )

No one is entertaining that thought.
But it would be fun to see Ozzie comment again about thread merging. I don't think he was all that clear on his position. ;) #-o :-BD Sort of like Tilly's views about Kyle "BLECH" Busch. :ymapplause:

Oh I knew it was a joke. If you had been serious I would've been a lot more expressive and explicit in my objections.

I had to reinstall the Blackberry software to get back on the web. My ultimate goal is to reinstall pdanet so I can go back to the droid to tether to my computer. It's complicated for me to do. I need an expert computer persons help. Well, more than help. I need them to do it for me. I hope my next door neighbor can help. I hate the Blackberry and love the droid. Tethering is the only way I can get on the web. Yes, we live in the boondocks.
I have really missed being here. It's nice to be back. :duke:

The good night and good morning threads are stealing traffic away from this one. I vote that we merge them. Ozzie seconds that idea.
