Regular. Can't touch the other stuff (I am thinking that our resident cardiologist would not recommend any other form).

I'll eat the regular or the Honey Nut for variety but I have not looked at the fat/sugar/HFCS content in any of the Cheerios.

If you're used to the info for the regular, you don't want to look at that content for the Honey Nut variety.

My father-in-law cracks me up. He says that sugar cereals are too sweet, then he takes the regular cheerios or the corn flakes and dumps three heaping tablespoons of sugar over them, then drinks the milk at the end. I just don't get the man. If you're gonna do that, I figure you're better off eating the Honey Nut Cheerios or the Frosted Flakes. What do you think?

I took out my kitchen scale. 1 Tbsp of table sugar = 16g

Ugh - head cold (sore throat, nasal drip, headache) + morning sickness nausea is a very unpleasant combination. :ymsick:
