I just thought lawyers advised but the judge still made the ruling, but I don't work in a court room so I'll defer to Cathy.
We tell them how to rule. Sometimes they listen to us, sometimes they don't.
Ah. Got it. ;)

I couldn't find a polite way to say this.

Warning label on my Jelly Belly jelly beans:
CONSUMPTION MAY CAUSE STOMACH DISCOMFORT AND/OR LAXATIVE EFFECT. INDIVIDUAL TOLERANCE WILL VARY; WE SUGGEST STARTING WITH 8 BEANS OR LESS.

They've figured a way to make eating jelly beans dangerous to your health. :Boo:

You know what the big local news story was about 10 days ago here in the Land of the Lost?

Answer: The results of the UK vs. University of Western Ontario men's exhibition basketball game. (-|

I don't eat hot dogs very often. Only a very few times a year, and NEVER when I was pregnant.

If my Paul's Place relish isn't available, I use mayonnaise, and it's delicious!

But I don't eat hot dogs very often. I don't like to think about the nitrites.

How many Zocors would be needed if you added a slice of cheese and had a shake with your dog? :-o :-o

I thought about that last PM and technically, if you put slaw on a wiener, you have a bit of mayo in it/on it.

They probably need a warning label that says do not inhale or ignite this product. 8-|

True, so true. The clerks and the judge's secretaries REALLY rule, though. If you want to know something in the law, know how to do something in the law, or want something set, go to the clerks and the judge's secretaries.

BTW, our judge's secretary may be visiting our beautiful campus a few times this fall. Her best friend bought season tickets to take her son to the Alabama game, and she said she and her friend would be down for some of the other games, too. She is a VT fan first, but a Duke fan second.

University basketball is almost irrelevant up here so I can imagine how bad Western's team is compared to a D1 school in the US. And I never thought I'd say this but I hope Kentucky won because I freakin' hate Western.
