Today Carolina lost Sam Howell.

Let's play a game, who has the better career...Mitch or Sam? (I will be mildly surprised if Sam is taken as high as Mitch was...and it sure as hell better not be by the Panthers.)

I’m not high on Sam Howell as an NFL prospect. He has upside such as accuracy throwing the ball but his downside is troubling to include questionable size at 6’1” and limited athleticism. His best chance is to fall in the draft and get selected by a good team with a solid offensive line where he can develop slowly spending a couple years as a backup.

I’m not big on Howell either, but I’m in favor of everyone that leaves the Dump on the Hump.
