Harrumph.
Lots of rain here today. So far not much wind, so there's that. Prayers and vibes and good thoughts for those in the track of this storm.

Good "TGIF" morning to all. We had rain and wind last night but everything appears calm this morning.

Good morning. We lost power at 4:00 pm yesterday and we are still in the dark this morning. No other damage here but trees are down all over Greensboro.

Harrumph.
No power since early afternoon yesterday at Casa de Lawgrads. There are trees down everywhere and I had to detour on my way to work.
Hope everyone impacted by this is safe.

Went out for coffee and found Harris Teeter had bags of ice. Bought two and put our almost still frozen meats in our game day ice chest. Left at 12:00 to go watch the game (Yay Dule!) and when we got to the end of our Main Street literally saw the traffic lights blink and come on! Went to Kick Back Jacks for lunch and game watching and got home at 3:45, hoping we’d have power. Nope, dammit. Still powerless. Feels like we’re in a third world country. Now we’re going to take luke warm showers and then grill
Some beautifully thawed NY strips for dinner. And go to sleep early again tonight. At least we’re caught up on our sleep.
