For the last 3 or 4 months I’ve had intermittent Achilles’ tendon pain, diagnosed OY as tendinitis (“confirmed” by looking it up on the internet ). It comes on after playing tennis or other strenuous walking/running activity. Today I go to an orthopaedist for a real diagnosis. I surely don’t want to tear the dang thing!
