Good morning!
Do you park in a secured lot, LG? Or do disgruntled defendants have access to the prosecutors' vehicles?

What’s a secured lot? If the disgruntled defendants are handicapped, they park about 10 feet from me. If they are not handicapped, their parking starts another 15 feet away.CathyCA wrote:Good morning!

Good morning.
Just booked my flight to Pittsburgh for graduation. I'm trying a new airline as they were cheaper and have a direct flight! They advertise 4" more leg room for each seat.

Good morning!
The District Attorney's office is only accessible through ANOTHER electronic key which allows authorized personnel (including certain members of the local bar) to pass by the reception area which is surrounded by bullet-proof glass.
Just type "101 W. 2nd St., Greenville, NC" into your Google search bar. You will see a picture of the county courthouse and the federal courthouse. The federal courthouse is the one with less security.
This post ought to go in the "You Can't Make This Up" thread.
Our prosecutors and judges park in a fenced and gated parking lot which is accessible only by an electronic key. There is an entrance to the courthouse (also accessible only by ANOTHER electronic key) within their secured parking lot. The iron fence is about 8 feet tall with spikes on the top to discourage disgruntled defendants from jumping the fence and attacking the prosecutors, judges, and/or their vehicles.lawgrad91 wrote:What’s a secured lot? Good morning! A day off!
The kids might be coming over today. Daisy has an ear infection, so it depends on how she’s feeling.

Good morning!
Sun is out this morning. I haven't checked to see if they took the possibility of snow out of the forecast for Easter Sunday. They haven't taken the cold out ir, however.
