Just in case anyone wonders where I am I will be working on Sailing Staff at Camp Don Lee for five weeks starting tomorrow!
Quick update:
I am living in Wilson this fall (RIGHT beside the Marketplace! Woohoo for gaining weight).
I was accepted to the Global Health Focus program!
http://trinity.duke.edu/focus-program
I also got my two choices of classes within the program: Global Diseases and International Law - I'm pumped!
My roommate is from Charlotte, he's Indian which will be a pretty awesome experience considering I know zero Indians right now.
Other than that...
Life is perfect.
God is good
And he will be good even when things aren't this good.

This is all so exciting Robbie! You're gonna have an awesome experience this summer and into the fall.
Are you at all familiar with Indian food? If not, you'll have to get your roommate to go out with you for an Indian dinner. One of my best friends as a kid was Indian and I've loved their cuisine forever. From East Campus it's a very easy walk over to Dale's Indian Cuisine on Ninth Street, just across and up the street a bit from Elmo's Diner.

Diet Coke. In the large Styrofoam cup from McDonald's - that way I can walk into a McDonald's 3 hours down the road and refill it!

As background, we have a court order in which each parent must pay one-half of all medical and dental expenses that are not covered by insurance.
Christian has been going to the same pediatric dentist in San Jose for the past 12 years, except when he's been here in Greenville, where he sees a pediatric dentist/orthodontist. Until today.
ExLax didn't take him to the dentist with whom we have an established relationship. NO! He took Christian to a dentist who just happens to be the sister of ExLax's BimbHo.
And now, I must pay BimbHo's sister for treating my child.
I am beyond angry at ExLax's hubris.

See, when I read this at the beginning, I thought you were going to be angry with ExLax because he went to the dentist instead of removing the debris with dental floss.
Now I'm not dismissing your

, but this is more a rant about pediatric dentistry. I can't recall ANY of our daughter's pediatric dentists who were open on Saturdays. A vet for our dog open on a Saturday, yes. Emergency room and special Saturday ours for a pediatrician? Yes. But a pediatric dentist? Not really. Normally, we have to stabilize until Monday comes around.
Our pediatric dentist in San Jose has Saturday hours. Additionally, we were friends with him outside of the professional relationship that we had with him. He and his wife and kids went to our church, and we used to eat meals at their house, we had them over to our house for meals as well. So, it would have been no big deal to call and get a Saturday appointment, or to call his service and request after-hours help.
I'm still

that I need to pay my $$$ to BimbHo's sister. That is some

Have a great summer, Robbie! Take lots of pictures at Don Lee.
We'll see you on September 4 at our Brunchgate, which will actually be a tailgate.

I resided in Germany for 3 years and developed a fondness for them, superseded only by my desire to see the US get further and the country I was residing in during the 2002 tournament, Brazil.
