Goat cheese, tomato, hard roll, and cucumbers.
That sounds better than my suggestion. I don't think guacamole would be good on a ham sandwich. A hamburger might work though.

Can't goat meat just be mutton? If so, you could go for the Goat, Tomato, Hard roll, and cheese. Sounds like Miracle Max's favorite! ;) Plus, eating goat would kind of fit in with the whole GTHC theme, right?

Review to follow soon.
The sandwich MUST be better than their other new item, their alleged peach milkshake. :Boo:
I like the peach milkshake! I finally gave in 2 weeks ago and had one. I'd been denying the craving for about a month.
I like the peach milkshake too. Lavabe could have a problem with a specific location or time though. That's part of the risk you take when you make fresh shakes. Kinda like Snapple. I've had some pretty atrocious bottles of juice from them before, but it's pretty rare.

Goat can never be mutton; mutton is a term that refers to a young sheep. I would think that eating a ram (a male sheep) would make more sense than eating a goat as far as the whole GTHC theme.

As much as I love bacon, and as much as I love Duke, I'm sad to say that the blue bacon just doesn't do anything for my appetite.

Framed my dogwood and holly paintings tonight. (IMA, I took your advice and toned down the sig in the holly painting) Tomorrow I've got to deliver them to Franklin Square gallery in Southport, and they judge the paintings on Sunday. They are judging not only the best works, but which paintings get hung at all, so I'm crossing my fingers that I just get in the show.

You know what a million dollars WON'T buy? The right to name your outside public venue after Bud Light.
Raleigh was offered $1.5 million to name their ampitheater after the beer, but was shot down.

To be fair, they weren't so much rejected as they were just playing by the rules. It would have been against state law.
