AD, your pictures are beautiful.
Yes, your pictures are beautiful AD. Nice work. :ymapplause:
Thanks VDB! You should visit the Missouri Botanical Gardens when you visit St. Louis. I'll even go with you!

She leaves Monday AM.
I bet she is excited. How are you and Mrs. devildeac holding up?
Not too sad. Yet.

Why is she going to Uganda? Cheerleading camp? =))

Hope she has a safe and uneventful trip there and back.
Cheerleading camp 8-| .

:)) :)) =)) =))

Seriously, she is going with the DukEngage program. I think that is how it is named. Basically Gates money to be used for national and international projects. She'll be there about 9 weeks and working on 2 projects, one with rainwater collection/conservation/safety and the other with family planning. I think there will be 1 faculty member/adviser with her and 10-12 other students.

Thanks to all the well-wishers. I thought about a separate thread like the Madagascar one but she's not a member here and I'm not sure how much about day-to-day activities she'll discuss/report. When we get info, I'll pass it on to CTN. :ymhug:

Productive project for the day: I finished assembling the patio furniture that I purchased last month. I can now set on my porch and PW. :D

I'm a complete airhead. DitBD is coming to St. Louis. Sorry about that! Invitation is still open. That goes for you, too, DitBD.

I made the mistake of answering my phone this morning. Some bastard client called to tell me his email doesn't work. If I were back home, I wouldn't have answered a number I didn't recognize, but I did today since it could have been someone in my family. Anyways, it was 5:30 am here when he called. I haven't been able to get back to sleep since. X(

At least Mrs. Ozzie PM'd you via Facebook last night. Thanks for your indulgence. She was so frustrated with what she was working on. She'll get back on it tonight, hopefully with support from the bank's IT department and not CB&B tech support :D .
